Does this product contain allergens?

Will every bag have the same level of crispness?

Our beef crisps may vary slightly in texture from bag to bag. Because the product is sensitive to moisture and air humidity, changes in storage conditions may affect its crispness. While we work carefully to maintain consistent quality, we cannot guarantee that every piece or every bag will have exactly the same texture.

Why did my beef crisps become less crispy after opening?

Exposure to air and moisture may soften the beef crisps over time. For the best texture, reseal the bag tightly after opening and keep it in a cool, dry place.

How should I store the product?

Store the unopened package in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. After opening, remove as much air as possible and fully close the resealable zipper.

Can I return or exchange my order?

For food safety reasons, all food products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
